NC ’23 legislative session needs to pass a drag show law

The North Carolina General Assembly needs to consider a bill that would require all public shows and exhibitions to be labeled as either “family-friendly” or “mature audience” as well as follow the example of Arkansas with SB43. This is a much-needed measure, as it will help protect innocent children and families from being inadvertently exposed to obscene and vulgar performances.
